Prohibited activity
- Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Security attacks, vulnerability exploitation outside responsible disclosure, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
- Spam, phishing, scraping, account enumeration, or automated abuse.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Use of AI features to create unlawful, discriminatory, violent, sexually exploitative, or materially misleading content.
- Uploading sensitive personal data unless a product agreement expressly permits it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Enforcement
Huberway may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access when use creates risk to users, customers, Huberway, or third parties.
